You know that small commercial strip on the south east corner of NW 74 ST and NW 107 AV? Well, eight thousand more square feet of it, owned by Fraga Properties, is being developed for three new leases (tenants), Yogurmet, Huntington Learning Center and Mochika Peruvian Cuisine. Construction completion is slated for spring 2o12.
